WIPocalypse for February

What's cooking?  Certainly not the cats and my stitching has been on the slow cooker!  I did have a stitching date with DJ today (yeah!), so I got some done...

Looking forward to another stitching gals date on Sunday, I could really get used to this!

I'm still working on the baby piece, it's slow going.  I'm not sure I'm going to make the same thing for my other grandnephew, once might be enough!

I messed up on One Nation and haven't got around to frogging it yet, so no progress on that one.  After sorting through my stash, I "found" a wedding sampler I started almost 20 years ago.  The sad part - it only needs a small amount of backstitching, the names and date, and then framing.  I guess I"ll tell her I wanted to make sure the marriage would last!  So next month I hope to have that finished and who knows what else I may find.

WIPocalypse Full Moon dates for 2012:
January 9, February 7, March 8, April 6, May 5, June 4, July 3, August 1, August 31, September 29, October 29, November 28, December 28

What strange places cat like to put themselves! I do hope no one tried to turn the stove on while they were playing with it!!

Baby stitching is looking good. Talking about wedding samplers... I started one for my brother when he got married a few years ago which I didn't quite get finished - all that white of the bride's dress was doing my head in.... well to cut a long story short they split up after 2 years! So maybe that's why I didn't feel the need to finish it at the time! Bro is about to get married again in April but I don't think I should bring it out again for this wedding - it might jinx it!!

Lovely stitching, Astrid!! Those kitties of yours, never know where those two will show up! But somehow they are always together...so cute! I'm doing my best to finish up one of my SAL's that has a deadline, then I'll bring One Nation on Sunday and we can encourage one another! We've got to stop meeting this way...people are going to talk! *wink* LOL See you Sunday!
