Valentine's Day love

Yesterday, Nathan had his last Valentine's Day exchange in school. 😭
We did both classes this year and gave gummy hearts and made bookmarks.

DH and I don't really do Valentine's Day, but I do receive flowers. I love carnations because they last such a long time, but this year I was treated with roses. The only thing I ask for is a homemade card, which we exchanged last night.

Nathan gave us a card and I received a heart necklace and a wooden heart, he made both in Scouts.

DH was the recipient of yesterday's post, this is in our little coffee nook.

Nathan was my breakfast date, spoiled with donuts!

And the Gmen were my lunch dates!

I know I've posted this before, but I couldn't resist!
Maximus and Ming showing the love.

And for the first time in a long time, I made cards and sent them to some friends. Of course I didn't post them until the 13th, so they'll feel the love a little late!

I plan on showing a lot more love this year, not just on Valentine's Day. I hope your day was lovely and your year is even better!

What a lovely day you had! With SO many handsome men in your life, how could you go wrong? ❤️ And that pic of Max and Ming is amazing - such photogenic, not to mention cooperative, kitties. :)

We don't do anything big for Valentine's Day, but had a nice lunch out, and a nice, really loooong phone call from our son in NYC. I ended the day feeling most grateful for all the health and happiness that we have in our lives at the moment!

Your Nathan is one cute little guy! It looks like you had a good Valentine's Day. Mine was fun. I volunteer at a school and we (4th graders, the teacher, and me)baked chocolate chip cookies. I never know you could do that without a mixer! We did!
