This is the Joyful World SAL for April from Maja at The Snowflower Diaries. Finally finished and in my little shelf.

I've had this little sweet kitty stitched since last summer, but finally placed it on the box. It's a Margaret Sherry kitty, I changed the mug colour and made him look like Mr Finn. This is our future daughter-in-law C's graduation gift from getting her Masters, she can use it as a pen/pencil box at work or maybe even candy?!

You probably saw this for the blog hop, but it's another finish. I stitched the mini peeps on perforated paper and then added them to the white bunny I had stitched before. I guess I should have outlined that one, it's a little hard to see. Using light pink fabric might not have been a good idea.

Not cross stitch, but I did finish this for Gman1 and C - although this C is for our last name!

It's a hodgepodge of black and white photos of them, the engagement one too.

Not too bad, let's see what I can finish next time.

Here's an oldie, but a goodie! Oh my, 30 years ago.

Another oldie, this is in memory of our first Siamese cat, Chachi.

This was supposed to be a trio of baking cats from Margaret Sherry, but I only finished this one for now.

A special birthday present for a friend.

A Mill Hill cutie, sneaking a cat in the sleigh!

This was a gift from a friend, but I haven't started it yet.

Nathan chose this one to try for his first piece. But the "floss" was more like yarn and it wasn't easy to work with. This might have been as far as he got!

Another Margaret Sherry kitty, this was for a recent exchange.

I didn't stitch this one, but it does have our two kitties in it! Karen made it for me when me moved into our house again.

More Mill Hill treasures, I think I have a couple I still need to stitch.

That's it for now, but I'm thinking about making this photo into a pattern.

Sad News in Stitching Confirmed 😢

I "heard" about this sad rumour yesterday but couldn't find any truth to it, until today. 

If I remember correctly, I bought this with a gift card many moons ago. Best gift ever! 

This is one I made years ago when I joined a Margaret Sherry SAL... in 2011!

We were supposed to make three from this series, but this is as far as I got on the second one. I feel like I should finish it in her memory.

I'm thinking and praying for comfort for her family, who will miss her dearly, as we will in the stitching world. But how wonderful that her daughter will be continuing the company and will release her unpublished designs. I'm looking forward to seeing them.
