Friday's Stitching Ground 🎹

Tonight I was watching for KING AND COUNTRY's facebook live concert while doing a little stitching. Another hidden piece you'll have to wait for.

It was only about 35 minutes, but I loved it! They had the band in their own homes and played...

Earlier in the afternoon it was yard work after my walk, we only got a tiny bit done though. DH said he needs a new tractor, oh boy.

And some more beauty, in our unkempt garden.

As we've been walking every day, I've noticed more and more people outside doing yard work, with lots of mulch! We haven't gotten that far yet, but I know it's coming. If we're home I figure we might as well get busy, outside and most definitely inside!
Have you found things to keep you busy if you're at home, besides work if you're able to?

There is so much online now to keep us all entertained. Our back garden is very small but at least we can get outside, enjoy your outdoors, plenty of jobs now spring is here.

Your property is beautiful!! I need a new mower this year too. The Cub Cadet served us well but my little push John Deere is amazing and will probably go that route. Have you been happy with yours? I have been doing lots more walking with the lockdown, which is a good thing because i"m doing more eating!! Stay well.

Gorgeous outside pictures Astrid. I've just been stitching and crocheting. Same thing I do everyday.

I've been organizing my stash of magazine charts and getting rid of a bunch I know I'll never stitch.

What a great view you have from the house. There's always something to do in a garden.

Since we are both retired, the only real difference is we have to pretty much stay home. We are actually getting more done than usual. I like to work inside and some outside in my garden but my DH is so happy doing anything outside! It's working for us!

Your yard looks wonderful - and what a great place to be, whether you're working or sitting and enjoying it. Apartment life doesn't lend us the opportunity for much gardening altho' DH has some tomato plants started in the living room window which will go out on the balcony provided we can locate some potting soil when the time comes.

How fun. I'm glad they were able to do a concert. I heard a lot of singers are doing that. That's awesome. It's still been pretty chilly and rainy here in Indiana. We did fit in some outdoor work while at the cabin last weekend. We really hope for it to warm up soon. Dad has so many projects he would like to do.

I'm definitely an indoor person so leave all the gardening to hubby! However, I did spend a good hour pressure washing the neglected trampoline the other day. We were going to get rid of it, but with the current situation the children have decided they're not too old
for it afterall (and I still enjoy the odd bounce too!) :)
