February Smalls SAL ๐Ÿง

It's February and time for the Smalls SAL, thanks to Mary for hosting.
This is what I've got for this month - all totally finished, yay!

Dragon Dreams freebie, I made this for DH for Valentine's Day. It's a tiny one!

This was included in one of the magazines I bought. I made it for Mom's old roomie, Gail, from rehab.

Mom and Dad were able to attend her little birthday party, so they gave it to her for me. She liked it!

The girls together again!

Another Mill Hill Sleigh, I love this one.

And another one from a magazine. I'm not sure who this will go to, or if I'll just frame it.

I'm happy with this month, but not sure what next month will bring.

Friday's Stitching Ground ๐Ÿ›‹๐Ÿน

This Friday evening I'm stitching in the basement while watching Grand Tour with the family. Gman2 came home for the weekend, so Gman1 and his girl, C, came over too, win/win!

I'm still loving Gathering Honey, making more progress.

Did you know it's Margarita Day?! I'm on my second, looking out for frogs...

I'm drinking a strawberry, but think I like raspberry the best.
How about you?

Family time and more snow ๐ŸŒ•❄

Last weekend Nathan and I went to visit my parents, we hadn't see them since Mom's birthday.

The deer love coming to visit and eat their way through their yard. I counted thirteen in this herd, I just couldn't take a picture of them all.

They even stopped by the chapel.

Dad enjoyed DH's cranberry beer!

And a quick selfie with Momma before we left.

My Valentine set up. I thought I had more, but can't find it if I do!

Tiny dragon! I think this might be the smallest finish I've ever done, with the exception of some bottle caps magnets.
This pattern can be found on the Dragon Dreams fb page.

The "Snow" moon...

... brought snow,

and stitching!
Gathering Honey is coming along, I love it!

Friday's Stitching Ground ๐Ÿ›‹๐Ÿ

This evening brought me to my craft room where I decided to finally start Gathering Honey. Which also meant I had to gather supplies! I already had the fabric and floss, and luckily had the magazine it's in. I had the magazine years ago, but for whatever reason got rid of it. I found it again at a book sale, for only $1.75, phew!

I have no idea what fabric it is, but I know it's 28 count.
Here I go...

Earlier today my stitching ground was the sofa where I finished this little guy.

So where are you stitching today?

Secret Stitching Sweetheart Blog Hop❣

Happy Heart Day to You...
It's also time for Jo's Secret Stitching Sweetheart Blog Hop!

Check out Sweetheart Jo @ Serendipitous Stitching to hop around and see all kinds of stitching love. Will you be able to guess whose stitching belongs to whom?

This is the lovely heart I received, but I have no idea who made it. Was it you?!

“Love is, um, hearts and kisses. Oh, and hugs.” – Finn, Age 5
Hugs are my favourite, they are a wonderful thing to give and receive. They don't cost a thing and are beneficial to both huggers. I am blessed to have family and friends who love hugs as much as I do.
Have you got anyone to hug today? Go surprise someone!

I get to hug this "little" (no way is he 12!) guy today, we even get to have a special lunch date together since he has a half day at school.

Friday's Stitching Ground ๐Ÿ›‹๐Ÿบ

I wasn't able to stitch until this evening, while watching The Grand Tour with DH and Nathan.
I had help too, they were keeping me warm!

This is a quick one I found to make for my Mom's old roomie while she was in rehab. They will be going to a birthday party for her and I thought this would be a cute one for her.
Sometimes simple is just right.

And my drink of choice tonight? Just a little pick me up, no frogs allowed!

So where are you stitching? And maybe drinking?!

The People Chose... ❤๐Ÿ’•

Head over to Jo @ Serendipitous Stitching to see what I'm talking about.

Hearts for February, from the My Garden Journal SAL.

I made this one for an exchange, but I wanted to keep it for myself! Maybe I should have, it was never acknowledged.

This is one Judy started, but I'm not sure she ever finished. I have the pattern, but have yet to start it.

This one hangs in the coffee/tea area. I do love my blueberry coffee in the morning!

The perfect Valentine/Easter card?

I do love Halloween!

This is one I gave as a gift (maybe the bus driver?) and ended up buying it back at the Church's white elephant sale one year.

Heart houses from last year, our team decorated the one on the right.

Maximus and Ming showing their heart.

Our heart quilt, beautiful purple colours.

Next month will be freebies, those are always nice to see!

I forgot about this Welsh Dragon I gave my Dad for his birthday in October.

Friday's Stitching Ground ๐Ÿ›‹❄

This Friday brings me to the "keeping room" where I'm enjoying the fire on this snowy day. And I've got my stitching buddies joining me!

I'm finally working on Sirena herself, I love those teal colours.

It's still snowing, although ever so lightly.

So where are you stitching?
