TH Thursday

THinking, THinking, THinking...

THinking THoughts, and being THankful on THursdays.

What sound are you thankful for?
Today it was... babies!
Our new next door neighbours have eight month old twins and Nathan and I went to visit them today. They are so adorable and very happy. They were "talking" to each other, laughing and giggling, and only a few tears. I got baby snuggles, baby drools, and baby talk, I loved it!

Oh, memories of the gmen when they were babies.
Here they are when they were eight months old.

And I couldn't forget Nathan at eight months!

What sound were you thankful for today?

hmm. It is still so early. It would have to be the little gold finch eating at the feeder. :)

How cool is that to have twins living next to twins?!

Next doors cat came and sat on my lap in the garden whist I was enjoying a cup of tea in the sunshine, his purrs as I stroked him were warming my heart. My own cat was not impressed as he sat on the lawn watching ....

Sounds like there's something in the water in your neighbourhood! Twins come in batches, we have two sets at my Toddler Group and apparently there will be three sets at the Primary School in September!
I do love baby giggles too. One upside to my son being non-speaking is that he still has his baby giggles, he just laughs uncontrollably at some things he finds on YouTube. Especially when Daddy is copying what they are doing and throwing him around!

Hm. What sound? I love my son's laugh. He just loves life. I also love hearing my dog when we get home. She talks to tell us how much she missed us while we were gone. Too cute.
