Friday's Stitching Ground ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Since it's back to being on the chilly side, it was the perfect night for a fire. Maximus was sitting by the fireplace but then figured he was missing out!

I've been stitching on other things during the week, but picked up the mermaids again tonight. I just need to finish outlining her and then stitch ONE more. Although I still need to start the backside.

DH had another beer delivery and found me a cranberry beer, delicious! And the best part... he doesn't like it, it's all mine! ๐Ÿ˜‰

So I don't think there's any worry of running out of beer in this house! Oh, and we have plenty of canned beans too.
What's in your house that you won't be running out of any time soon?

Nice progress Astrid. I don't think we'll ever run out of bread.

I do envy you your lap warmers! Cranberry beer - who knew. Your DH does find interesting beverages for you to try. I even (first time in my life) went and bought a case of beer the other day - simply to make bread with. Happy Easter!

Tea, we never run out of that, everything seems better with a cup of tea.
Your helpers were getting nice and cosy on Mamma's knee

The mermaids are coming along nicely! My husband orders Lemon Clear from Walmart six cases every month or so. You think we wouldn't run out, but unfortunately, they won't fill his most recent order so we've been out for almost a week.

It does look cosy, cranberry beer sounds good, I like the Belguim strawberry or raspberry beer.

As I love anything with cranberries, the beer sounds enticing! Good luck for you that your husband doesn't like it! Iwon't be running out of dog or cat food!! My priority was the pets as they are picky eaters and would hat to run out of their food. I guess I am most stocked up on tuna and pasta and sauce. Stay well and Have a Happy Easter!

Don't I remember your hubby brewing a load of cranberry beer last year and then you making cranberry bread with the leftovers? How ironic that he doesn't like it!
Not too much to go on the front of the mermaid biscornu now. It definitely appears to be a project more successfully stitched a little at a time. :)

Mermaids is so cute! Well, I wish I lived near you and could share a cranberry beer! I sounds awesome. Of course at personal distancing!!!

Great work on the mermaids.
Anything cranberry flavoured reminds me of a work colleague who used to drink vodka and cranberry - because it was good for cystitis! No dear, it's an excuse to drink vodka LOL

One thing we won't run out of... probably the chicken dippers my son eats, we made sure we had a month's supply in the freezer when this started and keep them topped up! Anything else can be substituted but not them.

My hubby would love that beer delivery haha. He has a ton though ready and waiting at the cabin. Cranberry sounds yummy though. The mermaid biscornu is looking fantastic.

The Mermaids Are looking great. The kitties were probably trying to help keep you warm since it was chilly!

Howdy!
I love the murmaids. I was wondering what you meant when you said that you had to finish the backside.
Love the two cats also! So pretty, and I've always wished that my little lady would find laps cumfy, but she does get on ours once in a while. Once in a great while that is!
Cranberry Bear sounds good. I'd sure give it a try if I found it! Years ago, my husband brought home a six pack of "Hoppen Gator". It was a bear with lemon in it. That was good.
You stay safe and be well!
