I wasn't able to stitch until this evening, but switched it up and decided to work on the mermaids for a little bit.

You all look so cosy! I'm quite happy having many sports in the background whilst stitching, but I like baseball as it's easy to listen to/dip in and out of, and can be a good long game!

I'm a Blue Jays fan so we try to watch all the games on tv. A little too far for us to go to see them in person, although we have a couple of times. Hope the cone of shame doesn't have to be worn for too long - our Odin used to have anal gland issues too.

Your mermaids are adorable. I feel so very bad for Maximus. :( I only watch the Olymics. I rarely watch the Packers. I listen to the game though while Brian watches it.
The mermaids are coming along nicely, although it must seem weird stitching the same design four times.
I'm not a massive sports fan but will watch the big Snooker events. The Olympics fall during our school summer holiday so they will always be on. It's amazing how I will watch sports I never usually have an interest in just because it's the Olympics! Guess it's an excuse to avoid housework!
Mermaids looks so cute! I just watch whatever is on while I stitch. The only sports I pay any attention to is the Seattle Seahawks. We had a good win today!
Poor Max! Hope he gets the cone off soon. Loving the mermaids. I don't watch sports; I do have the TV on though and I am watching the ID Channel or a movie.
Great work on the mermaids piece. We only watch WWE. I can stitch and just listen to the announcers so it's fantastic.
Nice work on the biscornu. I am not a sporty person. Hubby likes the Grand Prix but it's just so much droning noise to me.
I think sports stadiums should all be turned into permanent concert venues LOL
