Mug Exchange reveal! ☕

Such fun!

Thanks to Mary Anne @Magpie's Mumbling post, I participated in Stephanie @The Enchanting Rose Tea Cup and Mug Exchange. I had heard about it before, but this year I decided to join in on the adventure.
You choose if you want to send/receive a teacup or mug, or even both! I chose a mug, I'm not very dainty. 😉

This is what I received from Carolyn @Seaside Cottage. Such a beautiful mug, I love the glossy colour. Instead of coffee, she sent me a spicy chocolate mix (18th Century style chocolate) to add to my coffee. Just a little spicy, but yum! This week it's supposed to get much colder so I'm going to try it with instant coffee and hot milk, I can't wait! She also sent fireweed jelly, something I had never heard of before. She lives in Alaska and it's common there. A lovely sweet treat, luckily no one in the house typically uses jelly so it's all mine!
I don't remember seeing Fireweed when we were in Alaska, but if when we go back I'll be looking for it.
Thanks again, Carolyn, perfect goodies for the fall.

I sent my mug and goodies to Barbara @Small Moments.
Take a look there to see what I sent her. I will show you what I made though.

I thought it was cool that growing up we had driven through her town in Cornwall, and funny that the mug I found was actually made it Britain - nothing like coming back home!

So thank you, Stephanie, for organizing this wonderful exchange, one I will be happy to participate in again in the future.

Hello, I'm visiting from my dear Stephanie's party.
Such a unique mug all the way from Alaska and that jam sounds interesting, though I would say it's going to taste wonderful.

Barbara is a lovely lady, whom I'm sure you will enjoy getting to know. Your hand made gifts are darling.

Enjoy your treasures ♡

Hooray! I'm so glad you decided to participate and just look at the goodies you received. I must admit that fireweed jelly is somehow fitting when you think of the name of your blog!!!
