With much embarrassment, I'm finally ready to pass along the "Count your Blessings" travelling pattern. I received this from Carolyn in June, just before leaving on our trip to Alaska.
My excuse for the delay? 1) Not being able to get it kitted before leaving for our trip to Canada and Alaska (not that I stitched much anyway!) 2) Trying to find it again once we got home, in the midst of packing to move. 3) Finally getting thread and then kept changing my mind about the colours after I stitched it! 4) Having a great idea of posting pics and links to all the other stitchers before me and realising I really should email them to get their approval first.
This is a work in progress.
I was the lucky 30th winner and here's what I've got so far, it's not finished to my liking yet!
Here are the original rules...
If you would like to be part of this new Travelling Pattern there are a few rules:
1. Comment on this post, saying you would like to be part of the Stitcherhood.
2. By leaving this comment, you agree (if you are chosen) to stitch the design and send it along to the next person in a timely matter. If this means dropping everything in your rotation to concentrate on this project... so be it. If you can't brings yourself to do this ~ don't sign up.
3. You must have an active blog to participate. If you have a blog but never post to it ~ you won't be chosen to be the next stitcher.
4. This is a giveaway-type Travelling Pattern. That means you must follow it from blogger to blogger to enter each time it is ready to send along. Commenting on this post doesn't make you a guaranteed part of the Stitcherhood.
I'll be picking a winner on Wednesday, August 21st... good luck!

Thank you.
It's a cute little design & your version is lovely.
I'd love to stitch it but have to pass as I'm not sure if I'll have enough free time to stitch it quite quickly :(
Good luck to all the participants!!

Great job, Astrid! Love your colors! It took me a few tykes to get the colors to my liking, as well.
I would love to participate...and just think, you could save on postage!! I do like the colors you finally settled on. *Hugs*
