Friday’s Stitching Ground 🦢

Oh boy, another stitching retreat! This time it's in Virginia, just over an hour away from me.
I finally finished all the words, now I just need a few more extras and I’m done. We’ll see what I can get done tomorrow.

This was my stitching view... 😍🥰
I don’t know the story behind it yet, but I’m not sure I care!

I can’t say I’ve ever seen swans in a hotel before, but they're beautiful.

What unusual things have you seen in a hotel?

  1. What a gorgeous hotel. Another fun stitching spot. I only stay in motels.

  4. I hope you have a great time in that lovely hotel and with the fun stitching. I can't think of anything really different except a boat in the Opryland Hotel several years ago.

  14. Fantastic progress. Short drives to retreats are always extra nice. I've never seen a hotel with swans in it either. How neat!

  15. How bizarre, I hope the swans are let outside from time to time! Is there a hole in the ceiling for them to fly through.
I've not see anything really unusual in a hotel but my brother text me recently to say his train was delayed because "there is a swan on the train". I had visions of the swan hopping onboard at one of the stations! It turned out I had missed the word "track" after the word "train"! So not as exciting as I thought LOL
