Friday's Stitching Ground 🌱

A quiet night tonight, but all my boys are home!
Chewie has still "chased" the kitties away from me, I miss them sitting with me while I'm stitching. But I have stitched in the bedroom so I can be with them, especially Maximus since that's his hideout from the big, overexcited dog.

I added some of the grass and started on the fence, it's just been slow.

There is another piece I'm working on that I'm adding grass to, but I can't show it yet.

This isn't the only piece I'm working on, but it anyone else stitching Halloween treats?

  1. Your spooky piece is looking great, shame Chewie isn't more sociable.

  2. Your making steady progress!! It's a fun stitch. I just ordered Bittersweet and Broomsticks by WTNT to stitch for a gift for my niece for her BD in 2021. She was born on Oct 31 so it's perfect for her! Stay well and have a lovely weekend. Mary

  5. Haunted Mansion is coming along nicely! Glad you are getting some time in with the kitties; maybe the boys can entertain Chewie for a bit!

I will be stitching Halloween tomorrow!

  7. Looking good! The tree, grass and fence make such a difference to the whole feel of the mansion. :)

  8. No Halloween stitching for me - at least not at the moment. I've never really done much decorating for that season but I've thought of doing a crazy quilted pillow cover. I have a pillow that I change out with the seasons with a different crazy quilt for each. I've done Christmas but it would be fun to have a Halloween version too. Hmmm....

  9. That design just keeps getting cuter! I'm not working on one right now but I have one coming in the mail. I saw it on a flosstube and fell in love, it is called Halloween Hamlet.

  11. Haunted Mansion is looking great. I stitch Halloween all year round. At the moment, I have my Scary Apothecary series and the CCN Main Street conversion.
I'm also planning for Dark October again.
