Friday's Stitching Ground 😺😺

Today was a relaxing day with part of the afternoon stitching with Ming and Maximus, or rather, trying to stitch. I think they're afraid I'm going to leave them again and they're making sure I don't!

I love her! I like her hair better this way... brown like mine used to be.

Do you have many distractions while stitching?

I'm still catching up on blog reading and I've got some posts I need to write, let's see what the weekend brings.

  2. Astrid, Love your brown hair mermaid!! Your cats are beautiful. I have one that cuddles next to me when I stitch. I love his company.

  4. Alas no furry distractions here any longer - DH is allergic now. Unless of course you count HIS beard as being furry!!

  5. Oh nice, you went on a cruise! Your mermaid is pretty. Yes, I stitch with distractions, cats too. I have 3 but they don't cuddle, it's too warm here to cuddle!

  6. It must be lovely to have your cats help with your stitching again... and they're doing a really good job not eating those cute little fish! :)

  8. What a cute stitch Astrid! I would love to have a dog by my side when I stitch. Still trying to convince my husband that we need another one. My internet has been down (guys working in our neighborhood all week) so I'm just catching up with everyone. Hope you have a great week. RJ@stitchingfriendsforever

  11. How funny they are holding your down. Oh well...more stitching time. I watch my DVR shows while stitching so when something really exciting happens I notice I stop stitching haha. Love the way the mermaid is turning out. Fantastic!

  13. I bet the cats are pleased to have you back. I like the mermaid with the matching hair too.
Yes, I have distractions - one small boy who likes to share what he is watching and re-enact his favourite parts. We are currently Going On a (Lot of) Bear Hunts!

  14. Tee hee, you are lucky to be able to stitch with your cats. Mine get fur everywhere ...... and they take up so much room I can’t stitch when they are around!
