Halloween update 👻
Just a quick update on my Halloween Sampler. Maximus thought he would help me out with my floss. I've been using two hands so now he doesn't have to "help" so much.
As of tonight, working on Pumpkin!
Feeling silly... Look Nathan, it's a fat cardinal!
I wanted to see the fat cardinal too! Your Halloween sampler is gorgeous. In love the spooky writing. Maximus is so handsome but he looks peeved at missing out on stitching fun!
Ha ha, I totally “saw” a cardinal! Oh Maximus is so sweet ..... that looks one happy cat! Wow, you are really getting on with Halloween! It looks fab! Barbara xx
Great work on the Hallowe'en Sampler. I have one on reserve from Patchwork Rabbit when she gets the stock in. Don't think it comes with a free cat though!
When I first saw cardinals, I thought they were invented for artistic licence, I couldn't believe a bird could be that red!
Nice progress on the Halloween piece, Astrid. And always nice to see pictures of cardinals, of one cardinal in this case, lol. Like Mii said, we don't have cardinals here in Europe.
*How to Train your Dragon* [riding on Toothless's back with Hiccup] Astrid: All right, I admit it. This is pretty cool. It's... *amazing*. He's amazing.
Thanks for all your amazing rawrs! FYI - If you don't have an email address listed, I can't respond to you directly. You can always email me your email address if you don't want it out there for all to see!
Maximus looks he doesn't appreciate you not letting him help out anymore haha. Your Halloween piece looks great. LOL at the fat cardinal.
ReplyDeleteDid Nathan laugh? Or just think mom was being silly! My son would have thought the later. That is one beautiful flower!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress on such a great stitch Astrid. I fell for the fat cardinal. LOL!!! RJ@stitchingfriendsforever
ReplyDeleteLol, I was looking forward to admiring the cardinal! (We don't have those in my part of the world).
ReplyDeleteGreat work on the Halloween piece.

Great progress on the Halloween sampler, the fabric is perfect! Cardinals are gorgeous but flowers stick around a little longer.
ReplyDeleteAwww Maximus looks gorgeous! You definitely are not the only one who thought that was a bird x
ReplyDeleteHa ha a fat cardinal, a flower; I guess it's nature either way!
ReplyDeleteThe Halloween Sampler is looking great, especially with Maximus' help.

Hah, that's a very still fat cardinal!
ReplyDeleteMaximus is lovely even if "helping" wasn't involved. Temperature doesn't seem to bother them at all, does it.
