Simple today...
I'm happy that Nathan appreciated his surprise ice cream treat in addition to his pizza lunch today at school. He said thank you before I got a chance to ask him about it!

    Isn't it lovely when our kids thank us for the tiniest things, like a surprise ice cream treat? :) Today, our all-grown-up son texted his thanks to me for sending him the very first piece of mail he received at his very first, "found-it-myself", no-roommate apartment. It's definitely the little things that ARE the big things! :)

    btw, Happy Anniversary - those pictures in your previous post were SO adorable!
